Meet our beloved resident cats, all of whom we've adopted. They're the heart and soul of Nekoland, providing familiar faces and unique personalities that help ease new fosters into our cozy space.

  • Peaches

    Born on 16 October 2019

    With the cutest snaggletooth, Peaches has a big personality! She has her little speedy zoomy sessions— You can feel the breeze when she runs past! Peaches loves to play, and loves teaser toys.

  • Bun Bun

    Born on 21 May 2019

    Say hi to Bun Bun! A long-haired domestic shorthair with a tortoiseshell coat, she is adventurous and enjoys exploring.With her regal presence and spirited personality, she’s incredibly sweet at heart.

  • Nessi

    Born on 26 Jan 2021

    Nessi is a docile, shy girl who loves affection. With patience and gentle pets, she’ll reveal her affectionate side. She loves chilling on the top of the cat tower, and when she’s happy, her purr is like a motor!

  • Gigi

    Born on 6 June 2021

    This spirited sweetheart is known for her cute little whines and proudly guards any entrance, showcasing her protective nature. Gigi loves to ask for head pats, and like most cats, requests not to have her back or butt touched.

    Give a warm welcome to Chubby! He’s full of energy, playful, and has a great love for snacks. When he meows, it’s usually because he’s hoping for a treat—this clever kitty knows his way around!

Nekoland's AVS Approval and Adoption Process

As an AVS-approved establishment (Animal License No. FC245155642), Nekoland adheres to a rigorous and comprehensive process to ensure the responsible adoption of our cats.

  • License Requirements

    To ensure the health and safety of both the public and our cats, we obtained a License to Exhibit Animals from AVS, which required us to adhere to a stringent process.

  • Shortlisting Process

    Finding the perfect cats for Nekoland involved health screenings, tests, and observations. Each cat met specific temperament standards, was vaccinated, sterilized, and monitored for diet and compatibility, then underwent a 4-week isolation and socialization process.

  • Care Proposals

    We developed proposals and practices for staff training, facility management, and protocols to ensure the long-term health and well-being of our cats. We also established measures for hygiene, disinfection, and education on infectious and zoonotic diseases for both cats and humans.

  • Physical Interviews

    Our team underwent interviews to showcase our commitment to this facility with the cats' welfare. The entire process took over a year, including additional time to set up the facility before welcoming the cats.

Cat Zone Prerequisites

Indemnity

Recommended age of entry: 3+ years old

All our cats are friendly, however, if you wish to interact with them, please do so at your own risk!

Nekoland accepts no responsibility for any injuries, including bites, scratches, cuts, allergies or allergic reactions.

Conditions of Entry

  • Cat Zone entry tickets must be purchased prior to entering.
  • Children must be accompanied by parents or an adult.
  • Always follow instructions by our crew.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Parents or adults must ensure children wash their hands before and after interacting with the cats.
  • Cats are to always be treated kindly and gently.
Please note:
With all animals, child supervision and good sense are necessary when interacting at your own discretion. To ensure our cats' safety, we may end interactions if someone is uncooperative or poses a danger.

House Rules

  • Wash your hands before entering the zone.
  • Don't bring in food or drinks.
  • Ask for assistance if you want to pick up the cats.
  • Cat Interaction Zones are 30 minutes long.
  • Be gentle with the cats.
  • No flash photography.
  • Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Do not let cats out of the room.
  • Have fun together with our cats!
