About Nekoland
Nekoland is a unique combination of a cat interaction zone and a children's playground.
We have a cozy space where you can unwind with a cup of coffee while your little ones have a blast playing and bonding and learning with our friendly feline residents.
Our Attractions
In our cat interaction zone, you’ll find a haven filled with lovely kitties eager to make new friends. Whether you’re looking for cuddles, playtime, or just some purr therapy, our resident cats are here to brighten your day. Meanwhile, kids can let their imagination run wild in our specially designed playground area, complete with slides, climbing structures, and more!

We operate from 10am-8pm daily.
Parking
It is located within Clarke Quay Central itself, this parking facility offers direct access to the mall and Nekoland. Simply drive into the mall’s parking entrance and follow the signs to find available parking spaces and take a lift to Level 4, Blue Zone.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa/Mastercard via our credit card terminals in store, or online checkouts on our website. We accept Amex for CC, and Favepay as well.
Food and Drinks
Yes, we offer a delightful selection of snacks, beverages, and cat-themed treats for both kids and adults. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or treat your little ones to a yummy snack. Please note that food from outside is not allowed in our premises, and that no food or beverages are allowed in the Cat Interaction Zone for hygiene and safety reasons.

While walk-ins are welcomed, reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak hours, to ensure that we can accommodate you and your family. You can make a reservation through our website.
Ticket Types
The Playground entry ticket grants access to our playground, allowing children to unleash their imagination and boundless energy in a safe and engaging environment. Please note that this entry is exclusively for the playground area; for access to our beloved feline residents in the Cat Interaction Zone, be sure to book a separate ticket.
This Cat Interaction Zone entry ticket grants exclusive access to our Cat Interaction Zone, where you'll have the purr-ivilege of bonding with our lovable resident cats in a cozy and inviting space. Spend quality time with our furry friends as you indulge in affectionate pets and playful interactions. Please note that this ticket is valid solely for entry into the Cat Interaction Zone and does not include access to the playground area. Each person, regardless of age, must have their own ticket for entry into the Cat Interaction Zone. Additionally, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult, who also requires a ticket for entry.
Age Requirement
Guests of all ages are welcome at Nekoland! However, children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times while in the cat interaction zone and playground areas. Infants require a ticket to enter.

You can reschedule your visit if its above 48 hours from your booking with the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email/text.

Are the cats vaccinated and spayed/neutered?
Yes, all of our resident cats are vaccinated and spayed/neutered.
What measures do you take to ensure cleanliness and hygiene?
The safety and well-being of our cats and guests are our top priorities. We have strict hygiene protocols in place, including regular cleaning and sanitization of the premises. Our staff are trained to monitor interactions between cats and guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
How can I support Nekoland's mission to help animals in need?
We greatly appreciate your support! You can help us in our mission by donating to our partner shelters and rescue organisations, volunteering your time, or spreading the word about Nekoland and the importance of pet adoption.
Are guests with pet allergies allowed in Nekoland?
While we strive to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, we cannot guarantee that guests with severe pet allergies will not have a reaction. Please consider your own health and safety before visiting.
Can I adopt the cats at Nekoland?
Intermittently, cats will be available for adoption at Nekoland, apart from our resident felines. Purely Adoptions, our animal welfare group partner, oversees these adoptions. Visit our store to learn more from our knowledgeable cat caretakers.
What is the age requirement to play with the cats?

Can I take photos/videos during my visit?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. However, commercial photography and videography must be approved in advance.
Policies
Punctuality
We strongly encourage all visitors to arrive within on time for their slots as it enables us to manage traffic at Nekoland for the best experience possible. Please note that late arrivals may result in shortened visit durations to ensure fairness to all guests. If you miss your time slot, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Animal Welfare
The well-being of our resident animals is our top priority. Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of animal abuse or rough handling. Visitors are encouraged to interact with the animals gently and respectfully, following the guidelines provided by our staff.
Behavioral Expectations
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards rude or disruptive behavior. Guests are expected to treat fellow visitors, staff members, and resident animals with respect and courtesy at all times.
Refusal of entry
Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of entry or expulsion from Nekoland premises. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our guests and furry friends.
