General House Rules

  • Wear socks upon entry

    Socks must be worn by all children on the premises at all times. Adults are required to wear fully-covered socks.

  • No outside food and drinks

    Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed in the premises.

  • Photo authorisation

    By entering Nekoland, you consent to being photographed and filmed during your visit for professional and marketing purposes.

Before Entering Our Cat Zones

Recommended Age: 3 Years & Above

All our cats are friendly, however, if you wish to interact with them, do so at your own risk!

Conditions of Entry

  • Cat Zone entry tickets must be purchased prior to entering.
  • Entry to the Cat Interaction Zone is for ages 3 and up.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents or an adult.
  • Always follow instructions by our crew.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Parents or adults must ensure children wash their hands before and after interacting with the cats.
  • Cats are to always be treated kindly and gently.

With all animals, child supervision and good sense are necessary when interacting at your own discretion. To ensure our cats' safety, we may end interactions if someone is uncooperative or poses a danger to themselves or the cats.

Cat Zone House Rules

  • No Outside Food or Drinks

  • Do not climb cat equipment & structures.

  • Do not pick up the cats.

  • Do not run around or scream.

  • Do not wake up sleeping cats.

  • Do not let cats out of the room.

  • Sanitize your hands before and aftertouching any cats.

  • Please do not bring laser pens, play music or use flash photography.
